Divastarr has recently relocated from our storefront, and we are currently in the process of finding and preparing our next retail space. During this transition, a large portion of our inventory, packaging materials, and equipment is temporarily packed and stored. Because of this, order processing and shipping will take longer than our usual turnaround time.
We want to be completely transparent and set clear expectations. Orders placed during this relocation period will experience extended processing times while we carefully unpack, organize, and fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Although we are working every day to move things forward, this is a temporary situation, and shipping delays should be expected during this phase.
As a small business, we do not operate with a large fulfillment team or warehouse. Every order is handled with care by a small team, and that same team is currently navigating a full relocation while continuing to serve our customers. We are doing everything we can to ship orders as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through this transition.
